Luxury Homes

What is the definition of a Luxury Home? According to me this differs for each individual - having said that what comes to mind when you here that term is a large custom built home, in an upscale community, with high end finishes. The price point of these homes would begin in the 1 Million Dollar range and go up from there. It used to be that only Custom built homes fell in that category, but not anymore. Our Luxury market has changed in recent years to where even some mass built homes fall in that range.

Location - generally an upscale community in a desirable part of town, may even be a gated or golf community.

Design features - These homes are generally custom designed by an architect, to ensure that they have some distinguishing features inside the home as well as the exterior elevation.

Construction - Premium quality construction, which may include a poured concrete foundation as opposed to cement blocks. Other materials that define these homes are exotic hardwoods, marble flooring, unique lighting and plumbing fixtures and smart home technology.
